When will Pogie Lites be available?
Overview - In March 2022, Life was back to normal after the pandemic and we stopped production due to lack of time and supplies.
See our updates below as we work with USA suppliers and manufacturers to begin producing Pogie Lites again.
Still want a pair? There is a waiting list you can add your name to here.
THANKS for your patience! It has certainly been a learning experience!
MADE IN THE USA. MADE IN IOWA.

2.21.23 PRODUCTION UPDATE
Some are finally for sale! - We created a small inventory and reached out to the folks who have been on the waiting list the longest.
Over half sold in a couple of hours.
V3.0 Mfg prototypes - We meet again with our mfg on Feb 23rd on our last prototype, then fingers-crossed, we'll be able to increase the inventory again - some pairs from us and some from the mfg and then rinse and repeat.
They'll still show are SOLD OUT on the Pogie Lite Production page until we care caught up.
2.1.23 PRODUCTION UPDATE
V3.0 Testing - Is still going well! The V3.0 design is final and we and some testers have been using them all Winter.
Home sewing has begun again - Ramp up time is slow since we are hand-cutting all the blanks. This will soon change.
For Sale Yet? - We are building a small inventory and are reaching out to the folks who have been on the waiting list the longest and work our way down the list with each small batch.
V3.0 Mfg prototypes - We continue to work with our mfg on what we think will be our last prototype.
We are super-close to launching production again as a small scale at first and building up to ensure quality and consistency is there for each pair.

12.4.22 PRODUCTION UPDATE
Our V3.0 PROTOTYPE meetings went well last week . We are awaiting contract bids from two sewing/textile companies to launch production again.
We are on the right path, but it will still be awhile before all pricing, sourcing and production can be stood up.
THANKS for waiting!
V3.0 Testing - We have 3 pair "in the wild" and we haven't had to change a thing.
There are several small but very useful changes that make the Pogie Lites even better!
We also gave a demo to a couple bike shops whose employees have used and who have sold Pogies in the past. The V3.0 passed with flying colors and they cannot wait to sell them again!
V3.0 availability - When they become available, we will start with the folks who signed up for our waiting list before posting to the public. If you want to get on that list, sign up here. You are under no obligation, but at least gets your name on the list. https://forms.gle/pm8AqXCtkedGuwdP6

10.4.22 PRODUCTION UPDATE
We are still trying to get a new USA manufacturing process going. We are trying everything we can to keep them "made in the USA" and not take the process overseas.
We are not having much luck at this point and last year just killed us making them ourselves and we are not going to do that again.
Unfortunately, we do not have a production date" at this point, but are continuing to prototype v3.0 with hopes we can solidify a USA manufacturer soon.
Pogie Lites are a stellar product that never leave our bars during cold and
inclement weather. We hope to get a pair on your bars soon.
Waiting List - If YOU want to be on the list for when we fire up Pogie Lite manufacturing in the Winter 2022/Spring 2023, then add your contact information here.
THANKS to everyone who ordered Pogie Lites. They have been shipped to more places in this world that we would have ever imagined!

12.21.20 PRODUCTION UPDATE
V2.0 UPGRADE NOTES: Not all the photos represent the latest fabric we are using, but still depict the uses and positions offered.
The new fabric is an upgraded diamond rip-stop. We are using a better pull-tab and buckle than the ones shown in the photos.
There are also 2 lines of reflective stitching near the upper cuff and the logo is on the upper cuff versus the strap now. the older photos show the
logo on the strap.
Pre December 2020 PRODUCTION UPDATE
We were taking orders from all over the world and manufacturing pogies all year long. It took a ton of time and we were able to get Pogies on lots of handlebars!
